Well, it depends on the type of services or assistance you’re looking for. For most (but not all) assignments, we’d be looking at a two month minimum as we need to get “into the weeds” and understand the business to provide the kind of value-add you’re looking for. I’ll partner with you on setting up the assignment and figuring out all the other logistics.

It very much depends on the scope of the work but will be one of the following:
Hourly rate : shorter term, less involved projects, billed on an hourly basis
Monthly rate : longer term, flat rate for an agreed amount of hours, hourly thereafter
Project Cost : larger project, more involved, multiple elements in play, concurrently

There really is no specialization necessarily, as the methodology and techniques are completely transferrable. I’ve worked a lot in manufacturing, production and warehousing businesses, which provide a great foundation and grounding for pretty much all other industries.

As your Coach, I will encourage you, challenge you, support you in setting goals and then holding you accountable. I’ll ask you questions about business performance, taking a closer look at specific elements and provide objective insight. I’ll help you create roadmaps for business development, provide you motivation along the way and help you and your business reach your full potential.

As your Mentor I’ll be a trusted guide for you, a confidante, someone you can talk freely with and who will be looking out for you and your business. I’ll be honest, transparent and dependable and I’ll use my life and business experience to help you avoid pitfalls and roadblocks. I’ll provide knowledge and experience you can use to seize opportunities and make better decisions and I’ll be a thought-leader for you. I’ll be someone you can bounce ideas off, and someone who will bring new ideas and concepts to you.
