About Jonathan's Life in Business

Four decades of a life in business have taught me a lot. In fact, the biggest lesson might be that life continues to teach us lessons. I’ve learned that I love leveraging those four decades of varied experience to provide impactful guidance and assistance to small businesses and their leaders.

I’ve led businesses, operations and several different functions, supported the development of senior executive leaders, reorganized and designed organizational structures, and I’ve had a lot of fun along the way.

I am passionate about financial and operational analysis, coaching, leadership development and team-building. I’ve mentored CEO’s, C-suite individuals, Managers and Supervisors – and loved doing so.

I’ve been on both sides of acquisition activity (large and small), playing key roles in due diligence, execution and subsequent integration activities and I’ve led the implementation of multiple software platforms, including Kronos/UKG HRIS.
