There’s a million consultants and coaches out there........why me?

Well, really good question, and clearly an incredibly important one. In my mind, selecting and utilizing a coach or consultant ought to be handled with the same level of care as hiring an employee. To that end, the right fit is everything.


So, let me just tell you a little about me.

WHY I do what I do

here is my DiSC personality assessment :

I have a Steadiness profile close to the center of the circle which means I’m flexible, adaptable, and have easy access to all four segments (Conscientious, Dominance, Influence, Steadiness) as needed. So, per DiSC, here’s what you’ll likely notice about me :

  • I create helpful systems and procedures
  • I support people facing a challenge
  • I progress steadily towards our goal
  • I help people work together
  • I contribute towards a calm, stable atmosphere

HOW I do what I do

I’m thorough....and I’ll call on all my experience to deliver the absolute best possible result. But, additionally, I’m also not going to short-cut anything just for the sake of it. My Dad, with unerring regularity, always used to say “Jon, if you’re going to do a job, do it right”. Clearly that stuck, because I simply cannot half-ass anything, be it in work-life, home-life or any other type! That’s just not in my DNA. I’ll drill into the details, and use data, fact and objectivity over assumption, guesswork and subjectivity every day and twice on Sundays!
